nice and convenient hotel. right in the center of everything in Beverly hills.

This hotel could be great if it were properly staffed with a high end hospitality background and about 10-20 more staff overall (servers, valet, bellmen, front desk, maintenance, pool, etc). The food is good, especially the fish tacos and Lobster roll, but the amount of time it took the kitchen to prepare meals at both the Sandpiper and for in-room dining was astonishing. My kids were falling asleep by the time room service would arrive at our room and with incorrect orders. The beds/pillows/bedding are nice but the layout of the staircases to/from each floor is utterly bizarre and because we had an Ocean cows room, the cars, sirens, and honking on Ocean Ave did not make for an ideal way to wake up.

Beautifully renovated and perfectly quiet. Would definitely stay here again!

The worst check in and check out process I’ve ever experience. I was told multiple times to come back and my room would be ready but was not. I wasted time waiting around to check in. If they would have been up front with me in the first place I would have went exploded instead of sticking around. I was not the only person in this situation but I believe others had it worse. People were in the lobby with suitcases open trying to get ready for their event. I understand they were booked so it had taken extra time to clean all the rooms but for the price people pay to stay there, you would think planning ahead in those situations with more staff would be a reasonable ask. The stay went fine after all of that but at check out I was told to “hold on” by the front desk clerk in the middle of talking so she could call someone on her cell. I let her do her thing and was just brushed off and told they have my card so they will just charge it. It would have taken a minute to just finish with me and proceed on what she needed to do. I would like to mentions that the maintenance guy that came to fix out tv was the only pleasant and prompt staff I came in contact with my whole stay. First and last time I will stay at a margaritaville.

We had a terrible experience at this hotel. Our first night, we had A/C issues. The room was dusty, and there were crumbs on the floor. They moved us to a different room the next two nights, but we still had problems. There were random people knocking on our door at 4 in the morning over and over again. We called the front desk, but they did nothing about it until I took matters into my own hands. I confronted the two intoxicated people while my girlfriend sat there scared and stressed out. They came to knock on our door one more time after that. This hotel had an eerie and unsettling feeling. The staff seemed annoyed when we asked them questions and were not helpful.
