Sand Island Adults Only Vacations

I was in awe the moment that we got there. The location was perfect and the amenities were great. The hotel room itself was clean and had a great view. But what really stood out was the staff. They were accommodating when we arrived early and they were able to get us a room quickly. They also checked in with out throughout our stay to see how we were doing or to keep us updated with events happening in the hotel. Would definitely come back here!

The staff were great, the hotel is very nice. It is on Waikiki beach. Floors 30 and above with a balcony view can see forever up the beach. The room was in good shape and the bed was comfortable. Now the tower opposite our building was undergoing repair work. The Marriott sent out an email saying that it would not affect us. Well it wasn’t our building, but they started work at 5am! Could hear that stuff going on 30 floors up! Oh and please do realize Waikīkī is a big city, with big city noise! Also transport around the city is easy with Uber. Also plan to spend tons of money, I describe Waikīkī as walking down the beach with $100 bills flying out of your pocket.

spacy, clean, and easy to walk around the area

Island Colony was a great place to stay overall. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with cookware, toiletries, towels, and even beach chairs and a backpack cooler. I loved the patio view and enjoyed relaxing out there. The pool, hot tub and sauna were clean and relaxing, and security felt solid. The only downside was parking -- the kiosk instructions are confusing, and you have to use separate elevators for the garage and rooms. Definitely ask staff for help the first time. I'd stay again, I truly enjoyed the room and its amenities. Very convenient location. Parking isn't the owners fault -- just something to be aware of. Parking is definitely cheaper if you go for the 5 days. $235/5 days vs $47/nightly. 4/5 Wonderful Room

I had corner unit so I overlooked at Bay great firework show on Friday night from Balcony loud cruisers in evening with blaring music heard all the way up to 16th floor not in properties control, Shopping Ala Moana mall almost attached convenient bridge to walk across with out have to cross streets
