(603 reviews) Our room aircon was broken. Four trip to the lobby, on mtc tech visit and eight hours later we were shifted to another room close to midnight. To their credit the staff and duty manager did apologize and comp a free breakfast for tge family but it ruined a perfectly good day in auckland. Location is great and rooms and amenities are on par wuth a premium hotel but I regret to say my experience on the first day was dismal. The classiest solution offered was that I should settle for a fan and it takes more than 8 hours for a room that’s 33 sq m to cool a half a degree centigrade.
