Clean rooms and great staff! Breakfast buffet was a bit limited but overall very nice place to stay

The hotel was next door to the duomo and galleria. we were able to take early morning pictures before the crowds arrived. the check in process was easy and were greeted with very friendly staff. the room is very spacious and quiet. it was just a long walk to our room from the elevators.

Had a good experience staying at this hotel. The staff were great, breakfast was good and the room was comfortable. Only thing I would change is the pillows offered, they were quite uncomfortable. Other than that, it was pretty good.

This is the perfect hotel for exploring Milan. It’s only a short walk or tram ride from the city centre and all the attractions, in a quieter part of town. The rooms are very well appointed and there is a fabulous breakfast buffet and restaurant, but what stands it apart are the incredible staff. They are so friendly, helpful and attentive, and nothing is too much trouble. We couldn’t recommend this hotel highly enough.

This property located right by the metro station, which is convenient to get to all attractions. Also Hotel located about 15 minutes walk to Centrale Milano train station. Breakfast buffet was very good. What I did not like is that Expedia stated that Hotel provides Bottled water, which it did not. Shower stall was very small, and no bidet in the bathroom, as was advertised. Also no kettle in the room as was advertised to make the tea. Generally, dissent 4 star Hotel in Milan.

I feel like 5 stars isn’t enough to give to this resort. If you are looking for a place where service is an art form, this is it. The staff at Aria Retreat & Spa made our honeymoon feel like home. Their warmth and genuine hospitality were unmatched—they even surprised us with thoughtful room touches and a parting gift. We were so touched that they prepared a travel meal for our early departure so we wouldn't go hungry. Coupled with their tranquil spa and pool, our stay was nothing short of magical. The staff went above and beyond to help us with all sorts of things to help us.
