The rooms in the basement are definitely not a 4 star experience. Although clean, this is more a 2 star hotel. During our stay the carpet was also wet and there were a few dehumidifiers running continuously.

The staff seemed nice enough but our room was on the second floor which was constantly where the trades and staff put their carts and equipment which made it feel like our room was in a noisy service hall.
The rooms are nice and well equipped but could use some updating. The door to our bathroom didn’t close properly as it was off kilter and hit the tile floor.
Great location and history to the building. Was expecting something more upscale. I would recommend it but change your room if they say floor 2.

We loved our stay here. The location was excellent. The staff were helpful and friendly. Food was great. Rooms were clean and comfy. Be aware that there are three floors and no elevator. This wasn’t a problem for us, but it could be for others. Overall, highly recommend the Inn!
