Overall it exceeded my expectations, will certainly return,staff,food all very good.

The staff at this hotel were so friendly and welcoming, and the hotel is in a fantastic location - just minutes from the beach and short walk to the town centre. The bus route allowed us to get to all attractions easily, and the hotel has a lovely park with mini golf next door. The pool is tad small at probably about 10-12 metres, and the Sian and steam room not that hot but still good to have the facilities. Also worth noting that many older generation (retired) people use this hotel, so not many guests under 50.

Clean room. Good breakfast. Person who checked me in was less than welcoming, but was not seen again and other staff members were really helpful.

Lovely pub / B&B in beautiful village just half a mile walk from the sea and SW Coast Path.

What a lovely place! Spotless, well appointed room with simple, fresh decor. Bathroom also nicely done, with fabulous fluffy towels. Breakfast was super tasty with a great selection of options. And the hosts are really lovely; helpful and friendly without being overly attentive. Not far from either Torquay and Torre stations so great for those not using a car, though parking was also available. Highly recommend and will be staying again next time I’m down in Torquay.

The Landlady tries to keep her Hotel clean.... She is a very pleasant lady.....We had many chats during our 2 days.....

Lovely clean hotel with comfortable bed, very accommodating hosts, excellent breakfast. Very close to seafront and Torre Abbey.
