South Madison Adults Only Vacations

Check in was very smooth and of course the warm cookies were amazing. They also have a gluten free option now for those that are interested. My room was clean and every staff member I encountered was friendly and helpful. There was an issue with my shower door and maintenance handled it immediately. My only issue was the website says there's an airport shuttle but that's not so. Apparently it hasn't been a thing for 2 years. I had to Lyft which wasn't terrible because the hotel is only about 10 mins from the airport. But if someone wasn't expecting and didn't have the extra $40rt that could be problematic

Cut decorations, very helpful night desk clerk, Bar area is super cute but was understaffed and out of many food options and drink options, bartender was super nice and did the best he could under the circumstances; Room was clean.

Lake view perfect location!!

It could use another mirror on the wall or a full size mirror for when multiple people are getting ready and can only use the mirror in the bathroom.

The hotel has been refreshed since I Iast stayed there. The room, restaurant, and lobby are very nice and kept impeccably. The location across the street from the Capitol is a great place from which to explore and enjoy Madison. I highly recommend!
