Uptown Adults Only Vacations

The staff was very helpful when it came to us requesting an early check-in. However, the room we originally requested was not yet ready. They gave us another room that was ready but the room happen to be an interior room overlooking the atrium. The atrium was VERY echoey and the noise level was very loud well into the night. It made it very difficult to sleep. If I were to stay here again, I would make sure to get an exterior room.

We were treated terrifically by a kind staff. The shuttle service into Cincinnati helped us tremendously. We will definitely stay here in the future.

The art is very unique and we loved every part of the stay. The staff was helpful at every point in the day, and the valet was polite and the service was prompt. We were told 20 minutes to wait for our car to be brought up, and it was brought up in only 7 minutes. Very efficiently run establishment, my only regret is that I wasn’t able to try the restaurant in the lobby. Other than that it was very excellent.

Loved the staff. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The room was clean and big! I think the pool was closed which was one of the things my son was looking forward to. But everything else was perfect for our stay!

Great location within walking distance of everything downtown and along the river park! Parking garage was easy and just across the street. Our rooms were large and beds comfortable.

I can't say enough great things about this hotel. Not only was it in an excellent location within walking distance to many city sites, restaurants and bars, the staff was exceptional as was the hotel restaurant/bar. We enjoyed our stay so much that we ended up extending our stay another night.

The room was good. Adequate size and clean. The in-house restaurant was good also. My only complaint was the fire alarm going off very early morning on all the days I was there. There was never an announcement the alarm would just as turn off. When inquired at the front the desk they would answer very casually the kitchen alarm is very sensitive nothing more

The property when entered was good. The bathroom around the tub was moldy and didn't feel clean

Marsha at the front desk was awesome. Very friendly and helpful. She gave us a card for the golf cart business, which was great. They took us to and from Andrew Brady Music center. Joe with that service was also great!

At check out the clerk was wonderful and very kind. Check in was easy after hours. The cabin was very cute but could have been cleaner. The area was quiet even on Saturday night and close to Mason and many things to do.
