Let's start with the positives. The staff vas helpfult and good. The breakfast was one of the best ones I have had in a hotel, but the deserts are just way to sweet, cut down on the sugar guys. The gym is very good and has everything you need for a nice exercise. The pool and sauna is nice but unfortunately very greedy and stupid to charge extra to use them. The hotel is already expensive and off location as it is, at least you should have the pool and sauna included in the price like every other hotel on planet earth, whats the point in visiting this hotel otherwise if you need to pay extra for almost everything except the room? Overall I would rate it a strong 3.5 because of the nice breakfast and staff.

It was clean, good size apartment, location is close to the center but the area around it didn’t feel comfortable at night, and it was hard to notice where the main door is as the sign is inside and not clear on the road.

What I don't like the most is the breakfast. There are very limited breakfast options and it's a very small buffet - compared to other 5 star hotels nearby it's inferior. The first morning, I ordered boiled eggs, I waited for more than 30 mins or so, then checked with the staff. They responded eggs had to be cooked - clearly we don't need 30 mins for hard boiled eggs. It was brought out less than 10 mins after I checked in with them You could have just admitted the order was missed and apologised. Also staff didn't show me where I could get water on the first day. I checked in and got to my room before 5pm. Complimentary filtered water bottle was brought to my room after 8pm. I can't understand how this is helpful. This is an odd customer welcome journey - it's all about the right moment at the right time - wondering if the hotel wants guests to drink and pee at night and that's why they brought it to the room so late? The same thing happened the following day. The sauna had very loud music and poor quality speakers so it's not at all a relaxing time in the sauna. I requested the music be turned down or turned off but obviously no change was made. Overall this hotel falls short of my expectations and I don't recommend.

Awesome breakfast!

This hotel was a disappointment. The location and the pictures on the website were impressive, so we didn’t mind paying over $1100 for three nights. The room did not live up to our expectations. First, it was tiny, with no counter in the bathroom and not enough room to sit straight on the toilet. It also had a very tiny closet. Second, we looked into a central courtyard. Third, it had no minibar, water bottles, robes or slippers like most 4 star hotels we’ve stayed in. It did have a refrigerator that only served to heat up our tiny closet. And finally, when they told us we had an upgrade due to our Expedia VIP status, they tried to give us one of their “loft” rooms, which have two large, unopenable skylights that heated up the room to 80F. The Scandinavian “AC” would never have cooled the down the room enough to sleep, so we had to pass on the “upgrade.” When we asked for a different upgrade, the staff told us the hotel was full. I truly believe the hotel treated us poorly specifically because we booked through Expedia and not through them. They just didn’t seem to care. The only truly good features of this hotel are the breakfast, the decor and the location.
