Gorgeous property, clean and spacious room w a view of Camelback Mountain. Spent a day at the spa which was lovely with wonderful amenities and a dedicated pool for spa guests. Enjoyed the other pools in the evening after the sun went down. Incredibly kind staff, and the in room dining was better than expected. Would definitely stay again!

We love going to the AZ Grand Resort. Derrick at the Oasis Pool bar is so friendly and fun to talk to.

There's so many things I can say about the property. But I'll start with the staff for the most part are very nice. But management needs a real connection to their people and their customers which they are severely lacking. There is absolutely no accommodations for handicapped people in wheelchairs. The staff at the pool watched me struggle with a 200° giant steel door from a wheelchair trying to open it without burning my hands. The staff at the pool literally watched me struggle did nothing to help me . Now they claim there's a celebrity chef who is recognizable running the food it is some of the worst food I have ever had. Everything we ate was terrible we were in a group and nobody could stomach the food will wind up ordering Uber Eats at night. The food is frozen and reheated the Italian restaurant claims it's fresh food but they know it's not. There is an incredible disconnect and it is extremely intellectually insulting for the celebrity chef to stand in front of his customers and tell you how great the food is when he knows he's just microwaving and reheating food and pretending that food is good. It isn't good. The market has some of the worst Food I've ever experienced.. the bathrooms vent bathroom flavored gas all over your room my friends had to have their room changed because of it. The staff at the pool seemed disinterested and almost annoyed when we ask them to bring us water in 113°. We sat at the pool for over half an hour without getting any service at all
