The shower head was broken and it did not drain well. Room service was rather limited.

We love from the start, all the staf from the door (Roberto was excellent) to the checking and after the checkout, are willing to help. In the center of it all. Across the street from hotel that cost 10x more. Very posh area of Madrid. Close to everything. Luxurious surroundings. Nicely apportioned rooms. Well worth it.

The stay was good, the staff were helpful, the room size was excellent, and the cleanliness was outstanding.

We didn’t really have control over the AC but it was set to a good temperature. Everything else was perfect. The bed was so comfy and the rooms and bathroom was so nice. Planning on returning here asap

We had a wonderful stay at the Thompson Madrid. This elegant hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of downtown, making it easy to explore everything the city has to offer. The rooms are spacious, beautifully designed, and exceptionally comfortable, with thoughtful details and modern amenities throughout. The staff was truly outstanding—warm, intelligent, and always eager to assist with anything we needed. One of the highlights was the rooftop pool and bar, which offered a peaceful retreat from the city below. We’ll definitely return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Madrid.

This is my second stay and I think in my futures trips to Madrid I will stay here. They upgraded my room and get 20% discount in my final food and beverage bill, as a Gold status. This hotel is very european and classic, conveniently locate between Callao y Gran Via Metro stations. The staff is very nice, professional and helpful. Will stay again.
