Central Bulgaria Adults Only Vacations

It was excellent until after I checked out and had to wait a couple hours until my taxi arrived to go to my next destination. The doorman who handled luggage was rude and had me sit in a “different” reception room which was extremely awkward and uncomfortable

Better choice, always, with free airport transfer!

I like the hotel’s imposing presence from the outside and its great location. However, I was really disappointed and disgusted by the terrible condition of the carpet. Visible stains, dirty, filthy. My room was ok but it never got housekeeping service during my stay until I complained about it the day before leaving. I even had to ask for complimentary bottles of water. There was no card to hang on the door knob to request cleaning. So disappointed. The staff was ok. This hotel would not be of my choice if I return again to Sofia. Thanks.
