Service was great. They were very response and addressed our concerns. But the property is more 3 stars than 4. We had two small beds together in one room. My wife’s bed was slipping from the end so 20-30 pct was unusable and mattress should be replaced. Bathroom also had duct tape on the ceiling and the shower is barely 2 feet wide. I couldn’t shower without hitting my hand somewhere. Location is great but I wouldn’t stay here again. Would look for an actual 4 star hotel.

Wonderful stay overall. The location is fantastic and makes exploring the area incredibly convenient. What truly sets this hotel apart is the exceptional staff—friendly, attentive, and always eager to help. Sandra and Isabel make the morning breakfast memorable.
The bedroom suite is exceptional, offering a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The shelf in the shower area blends well with the interior design, but it could be a safety hazard and may be better positioned to the right of the shower area. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it.

The staff was so helpful, we had an issue with the AC in our room, they made sure to go above and beyond to get it resolved and upgraded our stay and offered a complimentary breakfast. We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel.
