INVESTIGATE AND LOOK BEFORE YOU BOOK!!!!!! 1. Advertised as “All Inclusive” but is “A La Carte” meaning breakfast, Lunch and Dinner are included BUT has limited times and selections! NOT A WIDE VARIETY OF FOOD CHOICES and no food is available once the kitchen is closed! 2. Advertised having “4 Bars/lounges” meaning there’s only 2 bars and 2 lounge areas. Both bars were not open at the same time. 3. Advertised as “New” but the property is not new at all. 4. Food taste was “OK”. We enjoyed the food at nearby restaurants a lot better. Some travelers actually went across the street at another resort and ate (paying extra). 5. We had a room right by the pool BUT the room wasn’t sound proof or had adequate sound barrier so it was very loud. The noise and amount of people minimized after 10p when the pool and bar closed. 6. There’s an additional $5 USD per person and day government tax charged at checkout. It wasn’t communicated when booking the reservation. Positive Aspects: Clean rooms Most of the staff were friendly Comfortable beds Spacious room A few restaurants and local bars were in walking distance They provided chairs, umbrella, a small cooler with ice, drinks and towels for the beach On site spa was reasonably priced and very relaxing

I don’t recommend going here the pictures is all lies the property is run down the bathroom smells like it has a drain issue the pool bar is disgusting and also nothing to do in the nights also.

Jade Mountain is unlike any resort we have ever experienced. The rooms are incredibly imaginative and almost cinematic—open to the sky and the Pitons, with no fourth wall, creating a feeling of being completely immersed in nature. Every detail feels artistic, intentional, and beautifully connected to the surroundings. The staff were exceptional—warm, attentive, genuinely helpful, and always ready to make the experience special. The yoga classes with Ceren were another highlight, with wonderful instructors who created an inspiring and peaceful atmosphere. The food was outstanding. The Michelin-starred dining experience was sophisticated, creative, and beautifully presented, making every meal feel like an event in itself. And then there is the water. The beach below Jade Mountain is breathtaking, with incredibly crystal-clear turquoise water and distinctive volcanic sand. Swimming there, surrounded by the Pitons and lush tropical landscape, was an experience we will never forget. Jade Mountain truly feels like an architectural work of art placed in the middle of paradise. The combination of extraordinary design, nature, exceptional service, yoga, remarkable food, and that spectacular Caribbean sea creates an experience that is both luxurious and deeply memorable.

A 10000/10 Stay – Feels Just Like Family! If you are planning a trip to Saint Lucia, look no further than Bluezone Residences! From start to finish, my stay was nothing short of perfection. Even though the property is brand new, everything runs seamlessly. The entire staff is incredibly professional, and the property is kept spotlessly clean. A special shoutout to Marvin, Dante, and Shane!!!! they were absolutely amazing and truly made me feel like family! It was a It was an absolute pleasure meeting Behic as well, he is very sweet and personable. The female manager was also incredibly sweet and accommodating throughout my stay. The Food for Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were really good each day! The restaurant upstairs is a must try! The Pool is Perfect for relaxing! it felt absolutely amazing! The complimentary airport shuttle service made arrival and departure completely stress-free. It's located near Rodney Bay and Castries, making it ideal if you're attending events or here for Carnival! You are close to all the action without any hassle. I cannot recommend Bluezone Residences enough. 10000/10, I will definitely be returning! This is my second home!!
