Great resort! The staff aimed for happiness. They were calm and accommodating. The food and amenities were excellent.

The property was gorgeous. Set amongst lush greenery, blue skies, and the pitons makes it a dream getaway. The staff is extremely friendly and attentive. It’s almost like they anticipate your needs. They are always willing to help and go the extra mile, truly remarkable and a staff to be honored. Ray, the head gardener, gave the best, most fun, and interactive garden tour. All the ladies at reception went above and beyond my requests (I am bad with names but they were all incredible especially Minnet - I hope I spelt that right). Literally every staff member from the restaurant staff to the welcome staff and especially to my butlers and housekeepers. The food on the resort was excellent. It was the best birthday trip, especially receiving an upgraded room. That was exactly what I needed. I highly recommend this resort. My only warning would be, if you do not enjoy the outdoors with tiny bugs and moths and birds be very particular with the room that you decide to book. Overall, this place is worth it! I will 100% be back!

Generally, the stay, at an all inclusive package was not bad. The variety of food from the one main resturant was on point. They maintained local combinations at a good quality. The bar had variety of local brands and the bar guys adjust to your palette. I've experienced better room layouts but the outdoor beach activities are good to keep your stay and the kids outside occupied. All in, the stay, based on an all inclusive was good. If your intention is to be out on the island, I recommend the Mariena Bay Gardens hotel. Where I visited as part of the Bay Garden experience, and rent a car and purchase food at the local restaurants (the Beacon recommended, if you are in the south side). All in, an overal good experience (7.5/10)

My girlfriend and I greatly enjoyed our stay, and while there was a long list of things the resort did well, two experiences unfortunately soured an otherwise very positive trip. First, there were several dozen mosquitoes in our room on any given night. We would spend at least an hour each evening killing them and still wake up with dozens of bites. It eventually became so bad that we resorted to sleeping as covered as possible, including socks over our hands and towels over our faces. I killed 30+ mosquitoes, but the number never seemed to decrease over our week-long stay. My guess is that the room door was being left open while the room was cleaned during the day, allowing more to enter. Second, the resort mistakenly charged us more than $150 for another family’s dinner. I only caught the charge at checkout in the final 15 minutes before our departure. When I questioned it, the checkout staff initially seemed skeptical and asked me about the dinner before eventually retrieving the physical receipt. The receipt had the wrong room number, a different name, and a signature that looked nothing like mine - not to mention two children’s meals, which should have been an obvious red flag for a childless couple. The billing mistake itself would not have bothered me nearly as much as the way it was handled. Rather than receiving an apology for the error, I felt I was treated with suspicion for questioning the charge. It was a disappointing way to end the trip.

Definitely one of the best resorts I ever been too. Was better than honestly expected. Food and drinks was top tier.
