We rented room for 2 persons, there was only 1 set of towels, also was 1 pack of coffee

I was no really happy with the high price of parking and I don’t feel the amenity’s were worth the price But I did like the proximity to Stateline

Exceptional property… location… fitness center. Mountain View rooms are the best!

Great location. However, If you are sensitive to nighttime light, choose a unit facing the mountains, not interior village. This was an issue because there weren’t black out curtains. Kitchen was large, great for families. Living room was spacious.

Fabulous view. Great service. Tryout there new Mexican restaurant hidden in the side . Ask for Guided hiking tours. They arranged sailing for us as well. It from anywhere and everything. I will strongly advise to rent a car at the airport. Keep it up team Ritzy.

I could see that the room used to be nice back in the day. I chose the assign room at check in option and was assigned to one of the older rooms (not yet renovated), but I remember if I saw the pictures of the older rooms on the peppery page. I would not try to save that 10-20 dollar a night if the newer ones are like in the pictures.

This is a good hotel with a great location near the river walk and restaurants. The room was spacious, much larger than most modern hotels. It is an older hotel and does show its age, lots of dark wood, etc. During our stay the guest elevator to parking was not working so we had to use the staff elevator, which gets abused. Thus, the first impression is a bit off. The parking on site and self park which is good. However the parking slots are narrow, not made for large modern cars so you have to take your time to park. But it is very nice to have secure on site parking.

Wonderful place to stay in the heart of Reno. Love the fully stocked kitchen and hot tub s d heated pool. Staff are very friendly and the rooms are a great size! Washer and dryer in room is a huge bonus for sports tournaments!
