Great Staff and nice environment, rooms, and amenities. The only shortcoming is that the hotel is about a 15-minute drive from where all the attractions are, but the staff and food were amazing

Excellent place to stay and will absolutely stay there again! The staff was so helpful and friendly! The restaurant on the property has delicious food! I highly recommend staying at he Southern Most House, great pool, great location, great vacation!

I definitely won’t stay there again. Just due to the staff. They really had no idea what they are doing from check in to check out. I gave up trying to get hangers after the 4th request. We were out of body wash it took a forever to get and I was already showered by the time it arrived. I requested an early check in at 2:30 and they were going to charge me but I pointed out via my VIP that was free. I requested the free upgrade and they said there was a fee for that so no VIP upgrade when the hotel was far from full. The beach is full of seaweed and smell but Mother Natures fault. The good I can say is the restaurants were all excellent and the location was good. The room was clean. Beds hard. Hope you have better luck :)

Disappointed in room, we've stayed here many, many times and this was disappointing. Also, the amount of people that use the amenities that are not staying at resort OR paying resort fees.

This is the best place to stay in Key West! It is a hotel but it has the quaint B&B vibes. The tiki bar by the pool is amazing and they are adding food soon which makes it literally perfect. Close to everything you’d want to do- walk or scooter. 10/10 recommend!
