10 out of 10 hotel. Very chill atmosphere. Great for families, couples, or even just a solo trip. The restaurant inside the restaurant was excellent. The pool and tiki bar attached were perfect with great drinks and good food to hold you over til dinner. The room was great. We had a room with a view of the marina and it was perfect. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. My wife and I will definitely be back.

This is a wonderful old mansion. I love that they did NOT modernize it to the point it’s lost its charm and character. The staff were amazing. The room was nice, clean and cool with a nice view. I would highly recommend staying here. The only negatives experienced is the noise level. Be prepared to hear propane trucks at 6 in the morning stopping at the cafe and the smell of the seaweed can get pretty rough. So if you’re a light sleeper (which unfortunately I am) or if your sense of smell is sensitive, you may not want to stay here. I would give the entire experience here an 8 out 10. I’d give it a 10, but the “traffic and smell” can get to be a little much. However if “old homes” and having an amazing cafe (which serves amazing food, just a few feet away) sounds good to you, thus is your place.

Easy going, easy property to navigate, easy shuttle, nice restaurant, pools clean, rooms clean. Overall nice experience for a quick weekend away.

This property is gorgeous. Staff was very friendly. Room was spacious and very quiet. Would definitely stay here again if/when back in Key West.

Like almost everywhere in the Keys, you start off by paying to park. Pool was great with a nice hot tub and swings and barbecue grills to use. We were asked to do the vacation club tour and at first I agree but then the $200 visa gift card turned into vouchers, etc. Since we only stayed a few days, it wasn’t worth our while, and we had already done all the tours. I mainly didn’t like that. I kept hearing anywhere from 100, 150 and 200 at different times from different people and it went from a Visa gift card to vouchers, less legitimate when you’re not on the same page. Why would I trust to join a vacation club when they can’t even be upfront about what they’re offering to just show up The one bedroom unit we stayed in, was great with plenty of seating and an amazing balcony overlooking the pool and the Gulf of America. I would stay again and it’s a great location to all the main attractions
