It is a legit hotel with great service, clean rooms, and a great location in the quieter parts of Venice away from the loud tourism with great food nearby as well as easy access water transportation. The breakfast is worth it as well, it is a huge buffet and is actually open for most of the morning compared to most hotels that stop serving around 8am. This one was open from 7:30-10:30! 12pm checkout is also one of the nicest checkout times for a hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I would stay here again if I come back to Venice without a doubt.
