Very clean for an old and very cute boutique like hotel! Crazy it didn’t have ac but it wasn’t needed and the windows were perfect with great breeze

Grand looking lobby, inviting bar, friendly staff, very comfortable room and overall excellent hotel!

The breakfast was ridiculously expensive... other than that it was comfortable and clean and friendly staff .... the valet guy Esreal (spelling?) was so friendly , he made our stay better! Thank you to him

Loved this property. Upgraded our room with a fantastic view of the water. Very walkable. Hotel car Audi was wonderful perk to drive us to dinner. Very eco friendly. Great breakfast! We reserved rooftop tubs-worth every penny. Complete luxury with beautiful rooftop view. Can’t wait to come back:)

It's an Okay property. Extremely overpriced. You are paying strictly for the name.

Everything 5 star, except the shuttle and bell. Karo our server at the pool was amazing! 1 star for bell and shuttle. 25 minutes for your car, 30 minutes to get to your room and left us for 40 minutes waiting for bell and a ride to the lodge. Finally walked down and told them to grab the luggage when they had time. If we had needed to be somewhere, we would have been an hour late.

We enjoyed our 3day stay at Hotel Zetta, and loved the location as well as the games/arcade available for guests! There was complimentary coffee and donuts, and hotel was very clean. We weren’t able to check in early but they held our bags til our rooms were ready.

It was expensive but close to SFO. Pillows were rolled up like soccer balls. The room was too cold from AC and we weren’t able to find control or blanket.

Staff is so polite and very helpful. The beds were firm-great for anyone who has a challenged back. Elevator is vintage and really neat but, not made for modern luggage and wheelchairs. Super clean-I always check! Lovely, convenient stay.
