Can’t wait to return to this beautiful place. Everyone speaks English and is very helpful. The room was beautiful, fabulous view, excellent amenities. The spa was incredible. Loved the garden. Very accessible to the historic center as well as to the train station.

I’ve travelled all over the world and this was without a doubt one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Apart from being dark and dingy, the hotel’s HVAC system was deplorable.
Upon arrival into our room it was hot and musty and adjusting the thermostat did nothing to improve the temperature of the room. Upon complaining the hotel’s solution was was to give us a mobile AIr Conditioning unit that required the massive window to remain open so it never cooled the room off and we slept each night in a pool of our own sweat!
To make matters worse, we lost our water for the majority of day 2 of our 3 day stay. You’d think the hotel would do something to apologize - a free night, free breakfast, something. They didn’t do a goddamn thing. The staff at this place were TERRIBLE!
If you’re going to visit Amsterdam you’d be more comfortable staying under a bridge than you would at this abysmal hotel!
Stay anywhere but here!
