Great Hotel near the historic area

The staff here is amazing. They really want you to take care of you. You are so confortable that you feel like you are at your own home. Fernando and his crew in the kitchen are so nice and they prepare the most amazing Colombian breakfast and capuccino. I felt pampered and had a great time. Rooms are super spacious, clean and the place is well kept. Thanks. Keep it up.

We had an amazing stay at Casa Carolina. The hotel is beautiful and our room was absolutely stunning! The pool on the rooftop provided a perfect place to relax and rest from the heat of the day. We received a free massage upon arrival and the quality of services was superb! The staff is welcoming and friendly. And the location is perfect to explore Cartagena. Highly recommend!!!

We stayed here for four nights and it was absolutely heaven. The staff are friendly and helpful, especially Talia at the front desk and Marina at the restaurant. Our room was so comfortable, the generous credit at the restaurant was great, and we loved being in the middle of things while still having a quiet oasis to come home to every night and relax. Can’t recommend this place enough for a romantic, peaceful stay in a beautiful spot.

We experienced a few issues both before and during our stay, but they handled everything quickly and resolved them in the best possible way, which made us forget about them. The hotel’s location was perfect for a short stay like hours. Our suite was beyond gorgeous and the staff was exceptional. Breakfast was the only meal we had but it was also excellent so I recommend this hotel to any exigent traveler looking for perfect service and a very comfortable stay
