Great stay at the Eurostar hotel. It’s a 20 min walk from Piazzale Rome, can be a bit challenging if carrying heavy bags. The place was clean, staff were nice. The only thing was that the hotel staff asked us not to use the elevator because someone got stuck in it the other day. So we had to carry our bags to the second storey when checking in and out.

The staff were very helpful in holding our luggage until check-in time. They also gave great advice on site seeing - great for us first timers. So much to do so close by - wonderful experience!

Really good stay at this hotel. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. We were given a lovely large room that was cool in the city’s heat. The location of the hotel is perfect. Lots of lovely and good bars and restaurants in this area. Be warned the mosquitos move into the city in July and August, specifically near the canal. The hotel was undergoing some works when we where there so I am sure what was already very good, is about to be even better. Thank you for taking such good care of us.

Bad experience with poor services inappropriate wall paints , no laundry services, no phone in the rooms to communicate , the hotel doe not deserve being a 5 starts where the ideal rating is 3 starts or to be considered as road motel - the management is not professional nor responsible

Wonderful Stay in Milan! 🇮🇹✨
We had a wonderful stay at Uptown Palace in Milan! The hotel was comfortable, stylish, and conveniently located for exploring the city. The highlight was definitely the amazing breakfast—so many delicious options and a great way to start each day! The staff were friendly and welcoming, and we truly enjoyed our experience. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Milan! ❤️
