Clean room and lovely breakfast. The view from the room wasn't great- just lots of trees.

Nice large resort type property - clean and well maintained. Beachside access is terrific and overall location is well placed. Food was average, and pools were nice and welcoming but did not provide poolside waiter service, lack of music or much of a scene at the pools.

We stayed 5 days at this property in July 2026. Very good location.close to Palma and adjacent beaches. Has direct access to the beach with nice views. Friendly staff.

We had a great time at this hotel. Gemma the Guest Experience Manager was particularly helpful in making our stay extra magical. The food was really nice, good facilities and friendly staff. We really enjoyed the hot tub on our balcony!

Rooms were very clean , but now need updating to a walk in shower. Breakfast was chaos! The 2 coffee machines constantly broke down during breakfast hours. Coffee was served to your table with milk but if you wanted tea you had to fill your teapot at the coffee machine which took ages , queues forming and then had to ask for cold milk from staff ! Hot items such as eggs and bacon were ordered from the staff and bought to your table but then if you required tomato/ mushrooms or sausage you then had to go to the buffet table to serve yourself. Cold item choices were very limited and always the same over our fortnight. Orange juice dispenser lid did not fit and the tap on it didn’t work properly , never changed even though management knew. Tomato juice was taken off after 3 days, replaced with a watery raspberry product. The toaster had the cutting board for bread right in front of it so you had to queue or go when no one was at the toaster. One evening the bar was being staffed by a lady that was also serving in the restaurant so you waited until she was free. Staff are not trained very well and it is a real shame . This used to be a superb hotel but now is a shadow of its former self. Nowhere near 5* it says it is and yes I did complain whilst there. We will not be returning again until they sort the problems out.

L’hôtel se situe dans un endroit incroyablement beau, les chambres sont spacieuses et bien entretenues malgré quelques signes de vieillissement, Globalement le personnel est plutôt sympathique et serviable bien que parfois un peu rustre, ce qui peut s’expliquer par le grand nombre de résidents et les exigences de qualité de l’hôtel. un bémol l’absence de place de Parking à l’hôtel. Nous avons quand même réussi à trouver des places aux alentours gratuites. Peut-être que j’y retournerai hors saison, ça devrait être plus détendu

Amazing adult only hotel. Fantastic location. Opposite the beach. Beautiful rooftop bar and pool. Helpful staff. Great quality buffet breakfast.
