Clean room, great service and felt very welcoming. Amenities were nice and drinks at the bar tasted great.

Loved our room and view. We felt there was no communication from staff regarding our being able to dine at sister hotels or how to get there when the ferry wasn’t running. We heard from another guest that we could take the ferry to other hotels. The hotel should have told us that. The food was just ok and we expected it to be tastier and not such small portions.

Our first Caribbean holiday where we ventured outside the big established resort chains and booked a smaller boutique hotel. Our overall experience was pretty good, but still room for improvement. First - the good stuff. Our room was comfortable and clean, with a great view of sea and sunsets from our balcony. The pool and bar areas were in good order (though maybe a few sunbeds light, and a bit more shade available) and the bar staff lively and friendly. On the other hand - food, especially dinner, is ok but nothing more than that. We obviously weren’t expecting the vast range of options the big resorts have, but the menu was pretty limited. The waiting staff's attitude varied, with some friendly but others stand offish.

I really liked The Club, it was very cozy and clean. It was great too because they have both a beach and pool on premises. The property is laid out in more of a villa design. Rooms were quiet and clean. There was some kind of entertainment every night, and there are 2 restaurants and a food truck on site. Get your reservations early! One thing of note, the food service staff was not exactly friendly. In the morning they would pour your coffee and zip off not returning at all to see if you needed cream- so black coffee it was..... Food was more catered to British and Canadian crowd, which I was ok with. Most Americans would miss a more familiar cuisine. Lastly, I felt the really nice thing was that although our plan left at 4 and checkout was 11, The Club allows you to stay and enjoy all while they place your bags on the side. You won't be kicked out and they won't charge you extra. Overall a very nice place!
