Lovely hotel, very friendly, helpful, kind staff. Rooms, hotel reception, lounge area, restaurant, poolside all very clean & well kept. Great choice for breakfast, no bar as such though.. couldn't come back and sit and have a drink in the evening. We stayed for 4 nights and room cleaned, tidied every day. Thanks for a lovely stay

Our first impressions of the hotel were really good. There is a very large lobby and were treated by the reception staff when we checked in. The rooms are very large and have great amenities. We had a room over looking the sunset bar with partial sea view and could not complain. The rooms were modern and very quiet. The cleaning staff were amazing, especially Rosa who cleaned our room most days. The room has tea and coffee making facilities and Rituals soap products. There was a great selection of food at breakfast. The best time to go is before 9am, as it gets very busy between 9-10am. The hotel has 3 pools. A main pool with smaller pool for children and a jacuzzi, a pool just for adults and an indoor heated pool. There is also a gym, 3 restaurants and you are able to access the facilites from the nearby Portobay Falésia hotel which is access through a wooden walkway. The beaches are easily accessible from the hotel, and beach towels are provided by the hotel. There are some excellent restaurants a short walk away from the hotel, and Vilamoura and Albuferia can be access by a short bus/taxi ride.

Wonderful breakfast! Nice comfortable room. Beautiful pool area. Staff working in the restaurant/ breakfast are amazing! Short 4-minute walk to the beach. Parking for the hotel is on the street, but there is usually availability if you're willing to park up on the sidewalks like people do in this area. Would definitely stay there again.
