Thank you for making our stay in Marrakech so special and unforgettable. ❤️ Abdel, Elias, and Amed, your kindness, warmth, and genuine hospitality made us feel at home from the very first moment. The hotel/ryad was ok. However, note that it is right in the VERY busy Jamaa el fnaa market square! I didn't hear the noise while in my room but I was a little shock when our taxi driver said we had reached. Between about 10:30am or so, until well after midnight, you have to walk from the busy street to the hotel through the square because the taxi cannot drive there during that time. Takes about 5 minutes. The staff was awesome, the room ok, breakfast which is included was ok. I personally did not like being in the square, but on the positive side, you are near just about all the attractions. We walked to everything.

The room was cleam. The staff was courteous for the most part but they seemed reserve preferential treatment for certain groups of people. I did not feel I was treated as equally as other guests. I felt I had to make certain requests and sometimes several times to get services that I observed others gettingg without making requests. The staff needs additonal training on bias and unintended prejudice (assuming it was unintended)
