Everything was well above my expectations. Loved it! Quiet lovely rooms, large for the price, clean, and with many extra amenities. The staff spoke English and they all were friendly, polite, and very helpful. The neighborhood was perfect, just steps from many cafes, restaurants, the Moulin Rouge, buses, the Metro, and the "white train" that takes you to the top of the hill to Sacre Coeur. There is a slight hill, maybe difficult for a wheel chair, but easy to walk and charming.

Clean hotel. Helpful staff. Nice sauna and pool room. Room was a little small but seems typical in Paris. AC struggles a bit on extremely hot days. Great quiet location that is really close to everything!

5 stars — Great location and wonderful stay We had a great stay at the Marignan Champs-Élysées. The location is excellent — close to shopping, the Eiffel Tower, and many other attractions and things to do in Paris. It’s a very convenient location for exploring the city, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and attractions nearby. Overall, a great experience and I would happily stay here again!

The location is excellent — close to shopping, the Eiffel Tower, and many other attractions and things to do in Paris. It’s a very convenient location for exploring the city, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and attractions nearby. Overall, a great experience and I would happily stay here again!

I will start with the pros: The location was amazing, and the staff were very kind and helpful (there was only one hiccup where we were not provided guidance on when to arrive for our Seine cruise). The staff did go above and beyond to meet our requests. At one point they brought us a fan simply for noise. We were there when temps reached 100 F, and the AC worked very well. We were in a junior suite and the room was very large with plenty of storage and had a small, charming balcony. The beds were comfortable. The cons: The only real con is this is advertised as a 5 star hotel, and it is not. The rooms are dated, the hallways smell musty with dirty carpet that runs throughout the rooms. It does not have the 5 star luxury feel. We came from a true 5 star property in London and the difference was striking. If you know that going in, and are okay with the price and an outdated room, then you will be getting a hotel in a great location with a spacious, comfortable room with friendly, helpful staff.

Amazing location; literally one block from the louvre. So much going on in this area....cafes, shopping, the seine....all within walking distance....along with several paris neighborhoods. The staff at the hotel is exceptional and always available to assist, especially the concierge. The rooms are well appointed and the beds are comfortable. The bar is beautiful and great for a early or late night drink. Had dinner one night in the bar and the food was outstanding! We will definitely return to this local gem!
