Overall the hotel is in a great location. Initial service staff were accommodating and helpful, especially the bell staff. However, after checking in, any requests from the front desk takes quite a while. Valet charged me twice, no refund was provided despite acknowledgment only one evening of usage. We stayed for 5 nights in one of the two bedroom suites. For a 5 Star hotel, I expected more.

Beautiful hotel with well maintained rooms and grounds. All staff are smiling and friendly, even when battling thunderstorms poolside.
Food at Nautilus was delicious and fresh.
