Jerada Cheap Vacations

We stayed one night as the hotel was close to the airport. Our experience was quite disappointing. On arrival (note that the location is beside an empty lot full of garbage) there is no signage for guest parking or direction of reception so an off putting start. We had "superior" room but the room is quite worn and the bathroom had a loose toilet that was leaking and the shower had no hot water. The pool area and bar were nice but the restaurant lacked any atmosphere. Food however was good and the staff were very friendly which was the only positive from our experience.

We would have been happy with our stay if not for the communication of the front desk staff and management. We had a few issues during our stay (wrong all inclusive plan on file, left an item in our room after checkout and requested to see if they found it but no reply, the facial at the spa discoloring skin and ignored by the manager, the room we initially were provided did not have a working lock and the room we were redirected to was not set up properly for our arrival) and we were told they would get back to us and they never did, they ignored our concerns until after we left so that they would not have to deal with it. After our return, we followed up by email, and have been ignored.

Great value riad with a lovely bedroom and staff. Really enjoyed our stay. Not luxurious but quirky fun and comfortable. About 15 min walk to the square. Breakfast was good but would benefit from some fruit and maybe slightly better coffee but l did the job. Lovely staff always happy to help and friendly.

Everything about Riad Le Jardin was perfect! The staff was super-amazing! They were patient, kind, respectful, helpful, knowledgeable, and humorous! Extra thank you to Abdul, Ahmed, the other young man-Nahjwa?? (Sorry, can’t remember his name! The food was superb! My sister and I will definitely return. We have nothing negative to say about the place and the service. It felt like home!

They close the water slides from 12:30pm till 3pm which kills the day. The weather is very hot and kids would benefit from water slides during that important time frame. Merci
