Firstly I have checked in to my room and found the shower area drainage is not working. Spoke to the receptionist and he offered another room but it was smaller than the first one, amenities was only for two people when we were three including towel.
The receptionist was helpful, checkin/out was smooth, rooms are very clean, good location, coop supermarket is nearby.

Hotel was clean and the hotel staff very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was limited in variety but overall good. Was disappointed that the room was quite warm as the A/C wasn't switched on and needed to be done centrally. Also the hot water in the room was rather limited. There was a bottle of water provided but not replaced

There was no hot water on two of the four mornings we stayed, which beggars belief. The coffee machine in our room was broken, and no attempt was made to replace it when we reported it. Room had stained carpet and worn upholstery. Convenient location though.
