Room, amenities and location all spot in. Swim up bar was excellent and cocktails were excellent. Pool could do with deep cleaning.

My friend and I had a five-night stay here and were absolutely blown away. We originally booked a standard room but were later upgraded to a suite, which was absolutely perfect. That being said, I’m sure we would have had an equally fantastic stay in our originally booked room. We spent most of our days by the pool, and every day was so pleasant. The staff were absolutely fantastic, particularly Carmen, who we became very friendly with during our stay. She was so lovely and helpful, and gave us some great recommendations for local food spots. Our room was beautiful and cleaned immaculately every day. We also had lunch by the pool on two occasions and were really impressed with the food. We are genuinely so sad to be home and would absolutely love to return in the future. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

Nice hotel in a great location, in a quieter neighbourhood while still being very central. The rooms are a bit small, but modern, clean and comfortable, and the pool is lovely. Unfortunately, on several occasions the staff were not very friendly or welcoming, and simple questions often seemed to be met as though we were bothering them. This was really the only downside to an otherwise nice stay.

Excellent breakfast. Lovely grounds and pool areas. Lovely and happy staff. Padel court was out of action. Spa could have nicer atmosphere. Dinner options lacked character as a venue.
