Loved this hotel. Everything was clean and the staff was very nice and helpful. They we're kind and arranged a taxi when we were leaving. I was very grateful because we had to leave in the middle on the night. Breakfast was good and had a nice view. They had room service available but I found that it was too expensive. The location however was great. We had popular attractions only a few minutes away. You also have metro lines step away so you can get around very easily. Because the location is in a very touristic area the thing around are pricey but I would still recommend staying here :)

While the hotel has many appealing qualities, several details fell short of expectations. Bathroom towels were worn and notably thin, and face towels were not provided. Shampoo was also missing from the bathroom for the first two days of our stay. Housekeeping lacked consistency, with rooms serviced on two days after 5:00 pm and turndown service offered irregularly. Despite a refrigerator being available in the gym, it was never stocked with water, and towels were never available. Additionally, although not the hotel’s responsibility, our road‑facing room was affected by significant noise from a nearby pub playing loud, bass‑heavy music late into the evening.

Absolutely 10/10/10 service. Amazing hotel. Would recommend to everyone. We loved our stay and wish we stayed for longer!

Hotel is nice but not 5 star they should do better in terms of meal variety. For fruits, sweets It was more quantity but not quality. No coffee machine at breakfast buffet. Rooms smell.

Great place to stay. The staff were great and helpful with everything you might need. The AI chat system was great in getting quick information about the hotel or putting you through to a staff member for assistance.

We really loved our stay at Akra. First of all the buffet was delicious and probably the best hotel food we’ve ever had. Really wide range of dishes for all meals and a generous breakfast spread that goes from 6:30am until midday! The staff were all really friendly and were helpful (shout out to Rabia and Meryem) particularly as we had our toddler with us. The resort itself was very family friendly with baby and kids pools as well as one for adults only. There’s also a kids club and playroom for kids. The room was exceptionally clean and was very spacious. They provided us with the amenities we needed for our toddler including a bathtub. All in all, really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back!

Good hotel, close to beach, but on the beach is not enough chaise lounge…
