This resort is massive, and overall, we had a good experience. There are tons of amenities for kids, including a playroom, playground, water slides, water park, and multiple pools. There are also plenty of lounge chairs around all the pools, which was a huge plus. The resort is beautiful and just steps from a sandy beach, where there are also plenty of shaded lounge chairs. If you're traveling with young kids, this place is a true kid’s dream. The biggest downside is the food, which also has some convenience benefits. Food is available almost everywhere and at nearly any time, which is great for families with unpredictable schedules or picky eaters. However, all dining options are buffet-style, with no true sit-down restaurants to relax and enjoy a higher-quality meal. The food itself is slightly above cafeteria level—fine at first, but it becomes repetitive quickly. Even one or two proper sit-down restaurants would significantly improve the experience and likely bring this resort up to a 4-star level. Another missing element is poolside food and drink service. Given the size of the resort and its focus on pool relaxation, having staff take orders around the pools would greatly enhance the experience. With improved dining options and poolside service, this could easily be a 5-star resort. As it stands, due to limited food quality, variety, and lack of service, a solid 3-star rating feels fair.
