Barbados Waterpark Vacations

Staff are absolutely great, yes this is an older property but it has great sea views a beautiful beach a few steps away and a team that go over and above to make you enjoy yourself.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and professional. Location is great if you want peace and quiet; it’s not near too many other resorts. There are clubs nearby, outdoor which allows you to enjoy the outdoor air and environment. You have to take a taxi to go from the resort to downtown or walk maybe quarter a mile to bus transportation, which was easy to use.

Perfect location, great entertainment, all restaurants were open & food was great! Close to shopping places. Hotel provided free rides to different beaches because of the seaweed. Staff was wondering & my beach front room still had amazing views

We have just returned from our first stay at Cobblers Cove, and our first visit to Barbados. The staff are a true credit to the hotel and we heartily thank them for one of our most magical vacations ever. In particular, we appreciated the hospitality and warmth shown to us by Juanne, Alea, Kennedy, and Gregory. We are already plotting our return! The property is stunning. Walk along the shore and hunt for sea glass. The breakwater allows for easy swimming in the gorgeous Caribbean Sea. We saw hummingbirds, the island's iconic monkeys, and sea turtles just off the shore. Don't miss the boat ride with Roger and the garden tour with Kennedy, both complimentary! The sunbeds were over-the-top comfortable. Pool attendants circulated with ice water, cool towels, and sorbet throughout the afternoon. The interiors throughout are beautifully curated. Our room was lovingly cleaned each day and we were spoiled by the turndown service. If we were being really picky, we felt the pool could have been skimmed more often. Breakfast each morning (as well as Afternoon Tea) are included in your stay. We enjoyed both! We did note that the dinners are lacking for the cost, but find that typical of most resorts, even high-quality ones. We'd probably skip the Tuesday evening BBQ and take dinner at one of the nearby restaurants instead (Fishpot is excellent!) if we were to do it over. That said, the entertainment in the evenings was delightful, including steel drum musicians and a jazz singer.

My family and I took some time to choose the resort we wanted to stay on the island. The island is very safe and beautiful to explore outside of resort as well. The hotel is very clean, has some amazing staff that went above and beyond during our stay that we would like to shout out - Cashka and Rashad from Entertainment, Deanna and Shaq the pool servers, Russel from P&B, Darian and Damien the bartender. The food we had at the à la carte restaurants was incredible - we tried them all but the surf and turf at castle view was our favorite! Although we felt some of the staff went above and beyond, there seemed to be a divide in the level of service we received during our stay. Each time we requested extra towels for our room, we had to wait hours for them to arrive. Before our flight, no one came to assist with our luggage. This was planned the night before, but after waiting 45 minutes past the pick up time we ended up transferring everything ourselves. In general, the staff was slow to respond to requests and provide assistance. When we asked for extra waters, the front desk responded by saying “don’t you already have enough in your minibar”. When we arrived, we were asked if we would like some rum punch and then never received any. Communication and service efficiency could be greatly improved. Additionally, the level of service did not meet the standards we expected, which made our overall experience less enjoyable but we would be open to re visiting in the future.

They did not honor my availability to upgrade me since I’m A gold VIP member , I was extremely disappointed …the place looked so empty ,but overall it was well maintained with beautiful location and if you not there before 4pm there’ll be nobody there to greet you or to assist, so get there early lol

The hotel was nice and quiet. The staff was very attentive and helpful through out my whole stay. I would recommend if you’re looking for somewhere away from other areas and quietness. I enjoyed my stay and the staff
