Great location for public transport, walking distance to marina large supermarket. two minutes walk to main centre with bars restaurants and shops. Very clean and friendly. Lovely pool bar and pool bar. Would definately stay again.

We have had the privilege of enjoying many luxury holidays abroad, but our stay at Hipotels Mediterráneo Hotel was one of the best ever. The location is perfect, the staff are genuinely friendly, and the food is outstanding. Both the breakfast buffet and the dinner buffet are excellent. This must be the best hotel in the area. As a family-run business, Hipotels really knows how to run a hotel and keep guests happy. I highly recommend the sea view rooms, as the views are stunning. The facilities are excellent too and the gym is great, and the free spa areas are a real bonus, with a huge jacuzzi, saunas, and steam rooms. It was the best value-for-money holiday we have ever had. We enjoyed it so much that we are seriously thinking about moving to the area, as it has everything we could ever need.

We had a stunning holiday and stay at the Cabot Pollensa Park and Spa. Friendly, hard working staff and amazing amenities. Walking distance for restaurants and shopping, as well as the weekly Port De Pollensa markets and marina. A fabulous holiday overall.

Was ok. Villa was nice, clean and well maintained, albeit a bit dated but they did well to modernise with upgraded TV, USB-c ports and a/c controls. Lovely grounds. Great pools. Restaurant was overpriced and food / service not great. Good location and amenities for kids.

Breakfast was good I requested a room with a seaview but unfortunately never got one

The hotel does not have hot tubs as advertised in Expedia. No coffee machine in the room. (First time I see this in my life). You can find coffee only at the buffet if you pay for it. or wait until 10 am for the pool bar with cafeteria. There is no option of coffee in the rooms for the ones who likes to have coffee first thing in the morning while still in pijama. The air conditioner fan was pretty loud like is broken or need maintenance. we couldn’t use it. Elevator display fell off while we were using it. Other than this, it was fine, very relaxing, clean, quiet, beds are ok, location is great, neighborhood is lovely, chick in was easy, and nice staff.

Beautiful lobby, friendly staff. Restaurant (The Moss) deserves special mention as they were very friendly and accommodating. Rooms a tad bit small but view from our room was amazing! Woke up in paradise for 10 mornings straight! Palma is beautiful! Soooo clean!
