Lovely hotel with very pleasant staff who were always looking to go beyond expectations. The pool deck was lovely - and drinks and food were very good, although expensive compared to eating out with so many good restaurants close by. We both had a lovely massage in the Spa. Our room and in particular the bed and pillows were very nice - cleaning and turn down services were excellent. We felt that the position of the hotel was perfect for us - a little walk into the centre and to the beach - but we also liked the local areas and being amongst the locals. The front desk helped us get organised for a trip to Soller and we also booked a boat trip through Get Your Guide which was excellent. Overall an excellent holiday.

Great staff and facilities

Location is isolated, however the hotel is self-contained and has excellent facilities. There was a real sense of peace and calm. Staff were excellent really helpful. Will definitely return quite a longer visit.

We found the Zoetry Mallorca a lovely place to stay with two teenagers. The hotel is located in a middle of countryside and well positioned to visit several places, but you will need a car for travel. The amenities are well kept and the staff were amazing, friendly and courteous. We would definitely recommend Zoetry Mallorca for a relaxing break and a good base to visit several attractions and beaches in Mallorca.
