In much need of repairs and renovations. Debris in bathtub; water did not drain properly. The drawers were busted and do not close completely. Room had an odor to it and was not cleaned thoroughly. In spite of all this the hotel staff were wonderful.

The stay was a wonderful experience! The staff was very kind and accommodating at the front desk and the bar. We very much enjoyed the breakfast buffet and the wait staff was excellent. Our room was very clean snd the perfect size. Appreciated the fresh towels each day. We will definitely stay here on our next trip to Sao Paolo!
