This was a great place to stay. Spotless room, very helpful desk staff, and exceptional breakfast (included) in a lovely dining room. For those who have a car, parking is free. A small downside for those with arthritis in their hands: the soap is liquid in plastic bottles that are very difficult to squeeze. You might want to bring your own bar soap.

I chose this hotel because they advertised for a shuttle for the airport. When I arrived, I was trying to set up my shuttle which they charged you 10 CHF for each person. I told the hotel that I chose the hotel because how it was advertised and did not create a solution. Got an uber instead. I will choose another hotel next time.

I can’t say enough good things about this place. They gave us a deluxe suite with beautiful intricate detailed woodwork along with modern amenities. Staff was extremely courteous and friendly. The pictures on the Internet are very good, but no pictures are able to capture the actual beauty or atmosphere when you are really there inside the place. Absolutely amazing..
