Our stay at this hotel was excellent from start to finish. The property was clean, well-maintained, and had a relaxing atmosphere that made it easy to unwind. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help, which really elevated the overall experience. The amenities and facilities were top-notch, and everything felt thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience. The only area that could use a bit of improvement is the dinner selection. While the food quality was great, the options weren’t as kid-friendly as we had hoped. Adding a few more simple, familiar choices for children would make the experience even better for families. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would absolutely recommend this hotel to others. With a slightly more family-oriented dinner menu, it would be nearly perfect.

Wonderful beach area, clean room, plus food choices.

Brilliant breakfast choice and all staff very friendly and helpful. Nice apartment which isn't far from the marina with good shops,bars and restaurants.

Lovely resort in a modern design and a unique spot close to the beach. We stayed in a partial view double room and had amazing views, and housekeeping left a small treat each night at the turn down service which was a really nice touch. The breakfast was really lovely and worth adding on. The pools could have been kept a little warmer (we were there in the last week of Apr). Staff are lovely and try very hard though bear in mind everything in Portugal is slower paced if you are coming from bigger cities. Some lovely restaurants on site but also in nearby Sagres and Vila do Bispo. Thoughtfully designed for families with children. Caters to lots of activities including tennis, padel, road cycling etc

The Staff, accommodations, and breakfast were excellent. My only negative comment is the hotel is far from the old town. Otherwise you will enjoy staying at this hotel.

We recently stayed at this hotel during our trip to Porto and had a pleasant experience overall. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the location was excellent. However, there were a few service issues worth noting. Compared to another hotel from the same brand in Lisbon, the service here felt inconsistent. In Lisbon, bottled water was provided without issue, while in Porto we were told there would be a charge, even when requesting it directly at reception. Additionally, during our stay, housekeeping did not replenish tissue paper or vanity kits, and we had to request them ourselves. I’m sharing this feedback respectfully because the hotel has great potential, and improving consistency and housekeeping attention would enhance the guest experience.

The birthday gift was a great surprise

Great place for a family - beach within a short walking distance, several pools and a playground to keep kids entertained. Staff are lovely, we had a great stay, our second time there. Took a couple of days and a few requests to get a highchair though and never received coffee pods for the machine despite asking a few times. We also didn’t have any washing up soap or detergent for washing machine which we had last time, but perhaps amenities have changed. Really nice resort and staff, we would highly recommend
