During our 2nd day, the staff moved us to a much bigger room, which we enjoyed. Very helpful and respectful staff. I also enjoyed the gym, although the pool was OOC. Enjoyed the local fruits at breakfast. Excellent hotel location...many walkable attractions, shops and restaurants.

We can’t say enough about Antonio, he helped us so much. He was always pleasant and willing to give us whatever we needed. We loved all the staff.

We booked a quadruple room with a 2nd floor (like a loft) for 4 people in Oct 2026. Two double beds on ground floor and two twins on loft. My adult children tried to sleep on the upper deck but was too hot. The room has no AC but without screens on the sliding door, opening them to sleep drew in lots of bugs. So the 4 of us ended up sleeping on 2 double beds, which was tight. Otherwise, the amenities in the room were fine. The buffet breakfast selection was reasonable. You can made to order eggs and pancakes. The garden of the hotel was very well maintained and was beautiful.

Fabulous place

The hotel is located on a steep hill. No taxi will pick up or drop off here. You have to walk up the hill from the town plaza. The bath room had an awful smell the whole time. There is no sound proofing at all. We could hear the people across the hall and the staff in the kitchen down below.
