The location is the keyword, near the tram and S ban, near reasturants, dm just steps away. At the other hand, the staff is cooperative and nice. The room is spacious, nice, little bit old firnture but accepted.

Disappointed.

On first appearance the entrance & lobby were lovely. Check in was simple. However, our room wasn't great. The smell in the room was awful, bad sewerage smell. The whole floor had the smell. We mentioned this to reception & they just said thanks for letting them know. If we had been staying more than one night we would have asked for a different room. The location was good however and even though we we overlooked the road there was little noise. Such a shame about the smell, they seriously need an overhaul of their plumbing.

I would highly recommend this hotel. It is conveniently located, the facility is excellent; the staff are super friendly and supportive; indoor and outdoor spaces were all impeccable. The infinity pool on the rooftop, overlooking Barcelona was magnificent! The outdoor bar with undercover seating is conveniently located next to the pool. I would happily recommend this hotel.

Nice and clean nice food but dated hotel

Hotel was designed in a lovely way. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really good, lots of choice and there were enough gluten free and lactose free options. We particularly enjoyed Cozy Hour (a free beer or wine between 5pm and 6pm)! Only issues for us were that the Dyson fan’s remote in our room did not work. We had to turn the fan on from the button at the bottom and were only able to select maximum speed. The room was also very warm, we ended up leaving two windows open day and night (despite the maximum daytime temperature of 18c). I imagine the rooms get incredibly warm in the summer. We would definitely stay here again. Fantastic location and lovely hotel generally.
