Oahu Gay friendly Vacations

When we first arrived, the room was clean, but then we found out we had to pay a $60 cleaning fee but then no one ever came to our room for room service so I’m not sure what the $60 fee is about. I’m not sure what you mean about staff there are individuals that are in charge of the building, but there was no staff on site. There is no staff there to help with any issues. Absolutely disgusting customer service not helpful at all when you call on the phone you may or may not get anybody because they only work during the weekdays on top of additional courtesy fees. They also charge you for parking which they don’t tell you about until three days into your parking they want you to check 17 emails they sent to you while you’re on vacation and their property manager Ron. Have some phone service taking his calls for him and then you have to wait on hold for them to contact him for a response and a room provided to us that we couldn’t even get into because the lock was broken. And then when we finally got into another room just to use the AC unit you had to drain a bucket of water from behind the AC unit, which was already spilling all over the floor when we got into the room and if it was running for more than three hours at a time, you would have to empty it out I would highly recommend nobody ever using this service
