Good location near Monasteraki, walkable to restaurants. Good choices of breakfast. My only suggestion is that should not serve the same menu every day. Had breakfast 4 days in a row with same food, but then bfast was excellent!

The property is in a great location and the hotel is very nice- total boutique. The advertised room type said partial sea view- this was not true unfortunately. It faced tons of trees with no view of the bay or Mediterranean. We also were celebrating a special occasion and made the team aware in my original booking and multiple communications leading up to arrival. We didn’t get any awareness or any amenities for our special time. Finally we were supposed to get a welcome drink as part of our booking - that didn’t happen either. But again location was great, made-to-order breakfast was very good, staff was nice - just know very boutique hotel with only 11 rooms. If you don’t get the top floor presidential you probably won’t have any view of ocean - full or partial :(
