Mallorca Interior Yoga Vacations

We checked in around 9-10pm August 14 with a 6am flight the next day necessitating leaving the hotel at 3am. Better part of a grand for a 1 night (5hour) stay in a villa/house. Air condition working nicely downstairs where parents were staying. But, upstairs where the children were, it was still roasting. The children did not complain until after 11pm and wife (an electrical engineer) finds an upstairs AC control and system says 'locked'. We did not want to call for a repairman because the villa was a 10 minute drive alone from the check-in and did not want a repairman showing up to interrupt what little sleep we would get. All 4 of us had to sleep in the same downstairs bed. Called management after returned on plane who said another manager would help me but 3-4 weeks later no call. I called again and they said another manager would call.

Definitely No need to stay on the property. Your stay does NOT get you much. You still have to pay for the tennis courts. You get one hour free per day, even though the majority of the courts are empty. We signed up for the clinics, which are called lessons on Expedia. They are not lessons and they are clinics with all levels in one group. The staff doesn't know much though they claim to. Once you actually have a question, there are no answers. The check in tells you what is on property but when you try to access anything from the courts to the pool and spa, there is no one to assist. I do not recommend this stay.

Check in was efficient and staff friendly and attentive. Room clean and spacious in a quiet area of the hotel. Restaurant excellent with very good food, outdoor pool area clean and tidy with plenty of available sunbeds.
