Lots of well designed public spaces to gather in both inside and outside. Good amenities. Liked the discount tickets for the restaurant across the street with great breakfast choices. Coffee services on premises was convenient. Bed linens and towels were quality. Only complaint was mattress was uncomfortably saggy in the middle.

This isn't quite what the pictures make it out to be. The staff was wonderful, friendly and helpful but the room just wasn't good. The bed and pillows were fine, same with towels. However, the room just wasn't clean feeling. The bathroom was older and there's some need for deep cleaning and updates. The beach access was nice but the beach is super accessible in P-Town so not as necessary as I originally thought. Having parking was a big help. Location was pretty good. I think the property overall just needs major updates.
