Whelp Would love to give a high rating but the blah tone deaf unwelcoming staff lacking customer service skills and manners was a real drag unfortunately for this boutique hotel to have a bunch of wet blankets running the place from front desk to pool to room service. In fact the ONLY cool people there were Adrian at the sail club , Armani front desk mornings and all the housekeeping staff were very personable. Hate feeling like I’m inconveniencing someone on staff when asking for assistance with things like towels amenities directions questions etc… They’re like a monotone deadpan cult and such a downer drag to deal with. The property is lovely The people are not
