Apparently, being unfriendly is part of this hotel’s culture, starting right at reception. Don’t expect a warm welcome, a friendly hello, or even a complete sentence. The staff just mumble something under their breath, leaving you standing there trying to figure out whether they actually said anything useful. The guy at the towel hut deserves a special mention. He seems genuinely unhappy that guests have the nerve to ask for towels, and even more annoyed when they return them .The walls are paper-thin. If your neighbors decide to make love, congratulations — you’re practically part of the experience.No elevators, so be prepared to carry your suitcases up three or four flights of stairs. The rooms are extremely hot, and the air conditioning barely works. In the evening, a nearby restaurant is happy to blast music until 11 PM, so forget about getting any peace and quiet. The beach looks decent at first glance, but don’t get too excited. Take a few steps farther into the water and you’ll discover the lovely muddy, slimy bottom. Yuck! The beach and the entire property seem to operate like a revolving door. Pretty much anyone can access the beach, so keep a close eye on your belongings. Overall, the place feels like some kind of vacation community frozen in the 1980s. Nothing modern, nothing fancy. It genuinely feels like time stopped here several decades ago.Save your money and look elsewhere.

I am very impressed with the attentiveness of the staff and management. We had a few small asks about the room like an extra chair outside, a broken one be replaced as well as a very old fan and they literally took care of these issues within a few hours ! They were all very friendly and helpful! Props to the cleaning staff as well!!! The view we had from our deck was AMAZING for sunset and to be mesmerized by the ocean! There is a dive shop steps away from the front office. The crew in there were also very helpful and knowable about the reef.
