great location, great space, modern, clean and functional. very quiet. however, communication via the online chat was cumbersome. needed essential bathroom supplies and this took 2 days to resolve.

This hotels only real strength is it a clean place to stay in a great location. However it is extremely dated. The rooms are very old and have significant wear. The bathrooms are tubs with shower heads. The gym is hilariously bad. The key giveaway is the hotel itself only has pictures of its nice restaurant. The hotel does not look like this

Nice accommodation with my room and bathroom being very clean. It is a shame there is no kettle in your room and you have to go to the kitchen. I was not aware of the kitchen until about my 3rd day here as was not told about this on arrival and only found it by chance walking down the corridor. Nice spacious rooms though and nice location by the food hall and about a 30 minute walk to the train station. Tram network very efficient from here too :)

A great hotel in an excellent location. The breakfast was generous and delicious, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and attentive. Overall, a very pleasant stay and a hotel I would happily recommend.

Excellent choice and quality for breakfast. Well appointed rooms. Walking distance to top tourist sites, restaurants, markets and stores. Ideal for visiting Helsinki.

Very clean and quiet hotel. Staff was great, bar area was amazing and busy.
