Convenient location (near central train station). Great bar/restaurant (excellent food and service). Great buffet breakfast. Clean, modern and (relatively for Europe) spacious rooms. Staff was friendly, helpful (and of course spoke fluent English). Highly recommended if you're going to be in that area of Stockholm.

The reason I gave it a poor rating is because they have an extremely loud nightclub that reverberates throughout the hotel on Friday and Saturday nights until 5:00am -- it was impossible to sleep soundly.

I only stay at Bank Hotel when I visit Stockholm. Everything about it is of the highest standard, no detail goes unnoticed. The staff are friendly and wonderful, the breakfast provided is outstanding.
