4.5 room apartment on the 1st floor with separte kitchen, 3 bathrooms (2 of which renovated in 2024), dining table for max. 10 people, large balcony. Net living space: 110 sqm living space and 18 sqm balcony. Standard: High-quality fit-out standard following various renovations stages. Furnishings and inventory: Apartment with hight-quality furnishings and complete house inventory, also of high quality. TV/Multimedia: Swisscom connection. SONOS internet radio in every room (can only be controlled via app). Flatscreen TV (swivels towards the dining table). Alll windows and balcony doors with insect screens. 3 skylights.
